Terms of sale
Last updated 10 June 2026
These terms apply to consumer purchases in the web shop at terralgea.com. The shop currently ships to Norway only, and the terms supplement Norwegian consumer law. This translation is provided for convenience; the Norwegian version prevails if they differ.
1. Seller
Terralgea AS, Storgata 89, 2615 Lillehammer, Norway. Org. no. 930 317 705. Email: contact@terralgea.com.
2. Prices and payment
All prices in the web shop are in Norwegian kroner and include VAT. The total price, including shipping, is shown at checkout before you confirm the purchase.
Payment is handled in a secure checkout provided by Shopify. The amount is charged according to the terms of the payment method you choose.
The agreement is binding once you have completed the order and we have sent the order confirmation by email.
3. Delivery
We currently deliver to addresses in Norway only. Shipping cost and expected delivery time are shown at checkout. You receive an order confirmation by email once the purchase is completed, and tracking information when the parcel has been shipped.
4. Right of withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the goods, under the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act. To use it, notify us within the deadline, most easily by email to contact@terralgea.com. You may also use the standard withdrawal form.
Note the exemption for sealed goods: for reasons of health protection and hygiene, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the seal on the bottle is broken.
When you withdraw, we refund the purchase amount including the original shipping within 14 days of receiving your notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or documentation that you have returned them. You cover the cost of the return shipment.
5. Defects and complaints
If the goods are defective, you may complain under the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act. Contact us at contact@terralgea.com with your order number and a description, and we will find a solution. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after you discovered the defect.
6. Disputes
If we cannot reach an agreement, you may bring the matter to the Norwegian Consumer Authority (forbrukertilsynet.no), which offers mediation in consumer disputes. The agreement is governed by Norwegian law.
How we process personal data is described in the privacy policy.
